XDBCMS Version 0.12 Released.
This release removes some hard coded database references that managed to creep through. There are now no hard coded references to xdbcms database. Also, adds a missing comma to the META KEYWORDS tag.
Many users have requested that the 'xdbcms' database name be removed from the program.
