Introduction

In early (pre-release) version, users had to be created manually through a MySQL administrator tool. Also, when users passwords needed changing, this had to be done manually.

In the 'Security' menu, the first option is 'Change Password'

The change password page displays three fields:
  • Current password
  • New password
  • Re-entry of your new password.

The system asks for your current password so that someone cannot change your password if you leave your browser logged into the system.
You are asked to re-enter the password so you can't make a typing mistake.
