XDBCMS Version 0.03 Released.

• Bug fix: installer creates database correctly in latest version of MySQL (the original 'create database' function is no longer available in MySQL, so alternate command has been used.
  
• Improvements:
• New 'tree view' of the website being edited.
• Added checks that records cannot be deleted if other records are connected e.g. you can't delete a website if it has web pages defined.
• Added 'logout' facility
