XDBCMS can be used free of charge as GPL licence software, as long as you do not remove the references to XDBCMS (i.e. the 'built using' logo, or the meta tag placed within the heading of each piece of generated HTML), and do not alter the information in the 'About' box under the Help menu within the XDBCMS application itself.

These references are there so that I can see how widely this software is used, and to promote it's usage.

If you decide to remove the references, then I would require that you make a donation, through the XDBCMS project home page at sourceforge.

No warranty is given in relation to the use of this software.
