Bug fixes

• Fixed broken image on Structure Tree when opening branch.
• Fixed 'about' window not being displayed correctly.
• Fixed '.php' missing from file names when 'onload' method is used to switch pages rather than meta tag.

• Implemented 'page templates' - authors now have complete control of page layout
• Implemented 'blocks' - these now superceede 'headers' and 'footers' - a page template can have any number of 'blocks', as well as the standard page text. These blocks now also appear within the tree structure. (NOTE: headers and footers are now removed from the application. You are advised to copy the HTML text before upgrading).
